Refund Policy
Clear, transparent terms for refunds, batch transfers, and kit purchases at Aveda Education.

1. Registration fee
The registration fee paid at the time of booking your seat is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it covers seat allocation, kit reservation, and administrative onboarding.
2. Course fee — before the batch begins
If you request a refund 7 or more days before your batch start date, you are eligible for a refund of the course fee minus a 25% administrative deduction.
If you request a refund less than 7 days before the batch start date, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
3. Course fee — after the batch begins
Once your batch has started, no monetary refunds will be processed for any reason — including missed classes, change of mind, or relocation.
In documented medical emergencies (with a hospital certificate), Aveda Education may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time batch transfer to a future cohort within 12 months at no additional cost.
4. Kit and product purchases
Personal kits, product purchases, and add-on materials are non-refundable once delivered, as per industry hygiene standards.
5. How to request a refund
Email your refund request to info@avedaeducation.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Programme]". Include your registration ID, batch date, and reason for the request.
Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days from approval, to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
For any concerns or escalations, please call us first on +91 97994 94594 so our admissions head can review your case personally before any formal dispute process.
All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
