Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any Aveda Education programme, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Enrolment is confirmed only after the full registration fee or applicable instalment is received. Seats are limited per batch and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of training, kit (where applicable), and certification, but exclude personal expenses such as accommodation and travel unless explicitly stated.

Registration fees are non-refundable once a seat has been allocated. Course fees may be partially refundable up to 7 days before the batch start date, subject to a 25% administrative deduction.

After a batch begins, no refunds will be processed. In exceptional cases (medical emergency with proof), the academy may offer a one-time batch transfer.

A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification. Students must complete all practical assessments and the final examination to receive their certificate.

Certificates are issued under Aveda Education and, where applicable, under the relevant government or NSDC framework.

Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times — towards educators, fellow learners, models, and partner salon staff. Aveda Education reserves the right to expel any student found violating this code, without refund.

Recording or sharing of proprietary curriculum, videos, or training material outside of personal study is strictly prohibited.

Placement assistance is offered as a value-added service for eligible programmes. While we make every effort to connect you with hiring partners, Aveda Education does not guarantee a specific job, salary, or location.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course material, and design — is the property of Aveda Education and HDK Beauty I Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Aveda Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or training programmes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
